Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of investing in superior human resources through effective drug prevention strategies, especially through counseling activities. Planned counseling involving many parties not only increases awareness of the dangers of drugs, but also equips individuals with the ability to make the right decisions, have self-resilience, and dare to reject negative invitations. A comprehensive approach, involving families, schools, communities, and governments in counseling activities can create an environment that supports the growth of healthy, productive, and drug-free individuals. So, drug prevention through effective counseling is not just about solving problems, but also a long-term investment to create superior human resources that are competitive and ready to contribute maximally to national development.
